Q1: What is the class size?
- Every class has a maximum of 10 students.
Q2: Where are lessons conducted?
- Classes are conducted at Our Tampines Hub (Level 6) or Heartbeat @ Bedok (Level 5). Other locations are subjected to demand and availability.
Q3: How do I register?

Q4: How long is each lesson?
- Each swimming lesson is about 1 – 1.5 hours. Courses have different durations.
Q5: What if Achievers Swim cancels any lessons?
- If there is a cancellation of any lesson by Achievers Swim, a replacement lesson will be conducted.
Q6: What if students cannot attend lessons?
- If a student is absent for a lesson:
- Due to non-medical reasons (E.g holiday, school activities), there will be no replacement lesson. If Achievers Swim is notified 2 weeks in advance of students’ absence, Achievers Swim will provide a replacement lesson subject to availability.
- Due to medical reasons, a replacement lesson will be conducted. Students must present a Medical Certificate to show absence.
Q7: What if there is bad weather?
- If there is bad weather (E.g raining / lightning alert), indoor land drills will be conducted. Parents may decide if they want students to attend. There will be no replacement lesson.
Q8: When are replacement lessons conducted?
- Any replacement lessons will be conducted within the same month. Replacement lessons cannot be transferred or carried over to another month. (E.g Missed lesson in January cannot be conducted in February).
- If there are any replacement lessons scheduled, Achievers Swim will inform parents of any slots available for a make-up time. Should students not be able to attend the replacement, no other replacement will be provided.
Q9: What about public holidays?
- No lessons are conducted on Public Holidays (including Sunday). If any lessons fall on a Public Holiday, no replacement lesson will be conducted.
